U.S.M.C. on shore....


MURAI URBAN TRAINING FACILITY, Singapore (Dec. 16, 2011) Marines and Sailors assigned to the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit (11th MEU) evacuate a simulated casualty during an exercise. The Camp Pendleton, Calif., based unit is embarked aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Makin Island (LHD 8), the amphibious transport dock ship USS New Orleans (LPD 18) and the amphibious dock landing ship USS Pearl Harbor (LSD 52) and arrived in Singapore Dec. 12 as part of a scheduled deployment.
